Product Introduction:
High-Speed Shearing, Crushing and Grinding Pump Split-Type Ultra-Fine Colloid Mill is driven by an electric motor via a belt to rotate the rotating teeth (also known as the rotor) at high speed relative to the matching fixed teeth (also known as the stator). The processed material generates downward spiral impact force through its own weight or external pressure (which can be generated by the pump). When passing through the gap between the fixed and rotating teeth of the colloid mill (the gap is adjustable), the material is subjected to strong physical effects such as shearing force, friction force, and high-frequency vibration, effectively emulsifying, dispersing, and crushing the material to achieve the effect of ultra-fine crushing and emulsification of the material.
The crushing chamber is equipped with three grinding zones: the first stage is the coarse grinding zone, the second stage is the fine grinding zone, and the third stage is the ultra-fine grinding zone. By adjusting the gap between the fixed and rotating teeth, the required ultra-fine grinding effect can be effectively achieved (cyclic processing is also possible).
Working Principle:
I. The basic working principle of the colloid mill is shearing, grinding, and high-speed stirring. Grinding relies on the phase and friction force of the tooth-shaped inclined surface of the grinding disc, and at the same time, under the action of complex forces such as high-frequency vibration and high-speed vortex, the material is ground, emulsified, crushed, and homogenized;
II. The motor is designed according to the needs of the colloid mill, and a water baffle is installed on the flange cover of the motor to prevent leakage;
III. Parts in contact with materials are made of stainless steel. The dynamic and static grinding discs are key components of this machine. Depending on the nature of the material to be processed, the tooth shape of the grinding disc varies, but the material is all made of stainless tool steel;
IV. It has a compact and simple structure, small volume, light weight, and convenient operation. It is composed of three parts: grinding head components, base transmission parts, and electric motor.
