Product Introduction:

The bottom-mounted high-shear emulsification pump, emulsifier for the bottom of liquid washing pots is a high-performance dispersing and emulsifying machine designed for bottom entry into containers. It is used for mixing, emulsifying, and dispersing free-flowing or viscous liquid media in batch operations. Operating on the rotor-stator principle, the ECA is suitable for applications that cannot be completed using traditional stirring methods.

Product Features:

Suitable for special environments or hygiene-grade requirements, it is installed at the bottom of containers. It is a bottom-mounted high-shear dispersing and emulsifying machine that allows materials to be discharged or circulated after processing. With traditional bottom-mounted tank installations, materials cannot be discharged separately after processing. The ECA can provide two different circulation modes: internal and external.

The ECA machine can avoid strong vortexes and aeration, even when the tank has a very low filling level or when the container is emptied during stirring or dispersion.

The ECA machine has a simple and sturdy design. It features a three-phase motor, a rotor drive shaft, and a flange, equipped with a rotor integrated with a protective cover to form a compact unit. The standard version of the ECA is suitable for processing at temperatures up to 120 °C. The shaft seal uses low-maintenance mechanical seals.

It is mainly suitable for equipment with small containers, where upper installation is not possible, or for applications requiring multiple emulsification pumps or small initial feeding amounts. It can also meet special working conditions such as vacuum and pressure requirements.
