III. Usage Method

This series of instruments is easy to operate. First, familiarize yourself with the instruction manual and the functions of each part of the control box panel, install all components, adjust the height according to requirements, and then connect the power supply to start working.

IV. Precautions

a. During use, if the stirring is eccentric or unstable, adjust the tightening chuck to make the stirring concentric. If stirring with a triangular flask, align the stirring rod with the center before turning on the machine to stir.

b. If the power suddenly cuts off during use, check whether the power cord plug is loose or fallen off, and whether the fuse is blown. If none of the above situations occur, please contact the manufacturer.

c. For safe electricity use, this product uses a 220V AC power supply. The power socket should be a three-hole safety socket and must be properly grounded.

Detailed Parameters

I. Speed Adjustment

a) Check whether the power supply voltage matches the rated voltage of the mixer.

b) Connect the motor lead wire to the electronic speed controller.

c) After connecting the electronic speed controller to the motor, debug the rotation speed. At this time, check whether the speed adjustment knob is at the starting position. Do not install the stirring rod to ensure safety. Plug in the power cord, turn on the electronic speed controller power switch, and adjust the motor to 60 rpm clockwise. Check whether the rotation speed is uniform; if it is stable, it can be used.

d) Install the stirring rod on the chuck, and after tightening, it can be put into production.

II. Use and Maintenance

1. This machine uses a three-core sheathed flexible cable, and one yellow core wire must be firmly grounded to ensure safety.

2. To check or replace the carbon brushes, first disconnect the power supply. The new carbon brushes must be able to slide freely in the brush holder, then tighten the carbon brush cap. (Generally, when the remaining length of the carbon brush is about 6 mm, it needs to be replaced with a new one.)

3. If severe sparks occur, immediately stop the machine for inspection and repair to avoid greater losses.

4. If the motor does not rotate during use, first check the speed controller, fuse, and motor carbon brushes, etc.

5. If the speed adjustment part or motor is damaged and cannot be repaired by yourself, mail it to our factory for repair, or you can also purchase spare parts from our factory by mail.

6. During use, you must wear proper protective equipment to prevent materials from splashing and causing accidents.
