Product Introduction:
The stainless steel high shear bottom-entry emulsifying pump is a high-performance dispersing and emulsifying machine designed for installation at the bottom of containers. It is used for mixing, emulsifying, and dispersing free-flowing or viscous liquid media in batch operations. Adopting the rotor-stator principle, the ECA series is suitable for applications that cannot be completed by traditional stirring methods.
Product Features:
It is a high-shear dispersing and emulsifying pump installed at the bottom of tanks, suitable for special environments or hygiene-grade requirements. It can discharge materials or perform circulation after processing, while traditional bottom-installed tank equipment cannot discharge materials independently. The ECA series can provide two different circulation modes: internal and external.
The ECA machine can avoid strong vortexes and aeration, even when the tank has a very low filling level or is emptied during stirring or dispersion.
The ECA machine features a simple and sturdy design. It is equipped with a three-phase motor, a rotor drive shaft, and a flange, with a rotor combined with a compact unit using a cover. The standard version of ECA is suitable for handling temperatures up to 120 °C. The shaft seal uses a low-maintenance mechanical seal.
