Electric Lifting Pilot-Scale Emulsifier is specially designed for pilot tests, simulated production and small-batch production in factories, with a maximum processing capacity of 30L. The standard working head adopts a claw-type structure, and suitable stators and rotors can be freely replaced according to different materials and process requirements.

Application Cases:
1. Complete O/W emulsification with Hishear working head
Put the aqueous phase into the container, adjust the speed to 6000rpm, then slowly add the oil phase, and run for 10 minutes to complete the emulsification.
2. Complete xanthan gum dissolution with Jetmixers working head
Add xanthan gum into water, adjust the speed to 4500rpm, and run for 15 minutes to complete the dissolution.
3. Complete pigment dispersion with Eumix toothed disc working head
Add the pigment into the resin, adjust the speed to 3000rpm, and run for 15 minutes to complete the dispersion.
