Product Introduction:

The 304316L stainless steel horizontal homogeneous emulsifying pump is a device that efficiently, rapidly and uniformly disperses one or more phases (liquid, solid, gas) into another immiscible continuous phase (usually liquid). Generally, each phase is immiscible. When external energy is input, the two materials recombine into a homogeneous phase. Due to the high tangential speed generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor of the three-stage inline shear pump and the strong kinetic energy brought by high-frequency mechanical effects, the materials are subjected to comprehensive effects such as strong mechanical and hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap between the stator and rotor, forming suspensions (solid/liquid), emulsions (liquid/liquid) and foams (gas/liquid). The horizontal inline three-stage shear pump enables the immiscible solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase to be uniformly and finely dispersed and emulsified instantly under the combined action of corresponding mature processes and appropriate additives. Through the circulation of the high-frequency shear pump, stable high-quality products are finally obtained.

The ECL3000 series horizontal inline three-stage shear pump can produce emulsions and suspensions with larger particle sizes but a narrow particle size distribution range. It has a high shear rate, ensuring the stability of the mixed liquid.
Different working heads (stator + rotor) of the horizontal inline three-stage shear pump are suitable for different process and fluid mechanics requirements.

Product Features:
1. Three sets of rotor-stator are installed in the working chamber, and the rotor-stator can be selected as two-layer, four-layer or six-layer.

2. The motor and the bearing box are elastically connected, and the bearing can be lubricated with grease or oil.

Working Principle:

The single-stage high-shear emulsifying pump adopts a horizontal structure. A set of rotor-stator is installed in the narrow working chamber, which can be designed as a single-stage two-layer or single-stage six-layer structure. The rotor and stator are coupled in a paired manner with high matching. Driven by the motor, the intermediate shaft rotates at high speed, and the rotor-stator forms a vacuum. The materials are sucked into the rotor-stator chamber from the inlet. The strong kinetic energy makes the rotor generate a high linear speed, so that the materials are ejected after undergoing strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and strong shearing between the rotor and stator gaps. Under the action of forces in multiple different directions, strong turbulence is generated, and the materials flow out from the outlet. Multiple cycle operations can be performed.
