Product Introduction:

The ECA series recirculating bottom-mounted homogenizing emulsifying machine is a high-performance dispersing and emulsifying machine designed for installation at the bottom of containers. It is used for mixing, emulsifying, and dispersing free-flowing liquids or viscous liquid media in batch operations. Based on the rotor-stator principle, the ECA is most suitable for applications that cannot be completed using traditional stirring methods.

Designed for installation at the bottom of containers, this bottom-mounted high-shear dispersing and emulsifying machine is suitable for special environments or hygiene requirements. After material processing, it can discharge materials or perform recirculation; traditional bottom-mounted tank installations cannot discharge materials independently after processing. The ECA can provide two different recirculation modes: internal and external.

The ECA machine can avoid strong vortexes and aeration, even when the tank has a very low filling level or is being stirred or dispersed

during emptying.

The ECA machine has a simple and sturdy design. It features a three-phase motor, a rotor drive shaft, and a flange, equipped with a rotor integrated with a protective cover. The standard ECA model is suitable for handling

temperatures up to 120 °C. The shaft seal uses a low-maintenance mechanical seal.

Product Applications:

It is mainly suitable for equipment with small containers, where upper installation is not possible, or where multiple emulsifying pump devices are required, or for applications with small initial feeding. It can also meet special working conditions such as vacuum and pressure requirements.
