Laboratory Small-Batch Horizontal High Shear Emulsifier Y25Z and Y20Z laboratory high shear emulsifiers are equipped with original German motors, ensuring more stable operation and lower noise. Compact and convenient, it can be operated by hand. Depending on the matching working head, it can complete various processes including dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, grinding, mixing, dispersion and homogenization of high-viscosity materials, as well as crushing and homogenization of animal and plant tissues.
Its rotational speed can reach 28,000 rpm, it can operate continuously for up to 4 hours, and there are more than 20 types of working heads available. It supports vacuum operation,
easily meeting various high-demand experimental requirements for dispersion, emulsification and homogenization.
