Split-type Multifunctional High-shear Dispersing and Emulsifying Machine
The CTL2000 series inline high-shear dispersing and emulsifying machine features extremely high shear speed and shear force, with a particle size of approximately 0.2-2 microns, which ensures the stability of high-speed dispersion and emulsification. The CTL2000 is a three-stage high-shear in-line disperser, used to produce very fine emulsions and suspensions. The shear force in the working chamber greatly increases the material conveying efficiency, accelerating the dissolution rate of monomolecular and macromolecular substances. The three-stage stator-rotor combination (dispersion head) ensures that the droplets or particle sizes are small and have a very narrow distribution range. This process allows the mixture from a single mixing to remain stable for a long time, especially when mixing emulsions.

Cream, cosmetics, toothpaste, fruit juice, detergents, pastes, salt solutions, catalysts, paints, polymer emulsions, pesticides (herbicides, insecticides)
