AutomaticVacuum Ointment Making Homogenizing EmulsifierEquipment
Product Introduction:
AutomaticVacuum Ointment Making Homogenizing EmulsifierEquipment is supporting equipment for producing various ointments, cosmetics, skin care products, creams and other paste products.
Product Features: Simple structure, convenient operation, novel appearance, reliable performance, etc.
Unique two-way stirring, the inner and outer paddle stirring can be set to switch timing; The stirring speed can be adjusted through a frequency converter, which can mix various materials and promote material fusion, especially making the distribution of trace elements more uniform, with a high viscosity up to 100000 mPas; The whole machine is made of SUS316L/SUS304 stainless steel, with precise structure. The lid is hydraulically lifted, making it convenient to enter the pot body for maintenance, and the machine can be inspected in a narrow space. The wall scraping design is reasonable, avoiding damage to the inner wall of the pot caused by long-term operation of the scraper, and also ensuring good heat exchange effect between materials and the jacket.
