·Maintenance of Mechanical Stirrers:
·1. Bearings bear all loads of the machine, so lubrication has a significant impact on bearing life, which directly affects the service life and operation rate of the machine. Therefore, the injected lubricating oil must be clean and the seal must be good. The main oil injection points of this machine are: (1) rotating bearings, (2) rolling mill bearings, (3) all gears, (4) movable bearings and sliding surfaces.
·2. Newly installed wheel hoops are prone to loosening and require regular inspection.
·3. Pay attention to whether all parts of the machine are working normally.
·4. Check the wear degree of easily worn parts and replace worn parts in time.
·5. The bottom frame surface of the movable device should be cleaned of dust and other debris to prevent the movable bearings from failing to move on the bottom frame when the machine encounters unbreakable materials, which may lead to serious accidents. 6. If the bearing oil temperature rises, stop the machine immediately to check the cause and eliminate it.
·7. If there is an impact sound during the operation of the rotating gears, stop the machine immediately to check and eliminate the fault before restarting.
