Product Introduction:
Horizontal Series Inline High Shear Dispersing Emulsifier combines compactness and convenience. It is suitable for small-batch operations, outperforming batch-type dispersing emulsifiers. It can simulate online working conditions in the laboratory for circulation or continuous online processing, featuring high efficiency, homogeneity, and no dead corners for dispersion. Equipped with a German original motor, it ensures more stable operation and lower noise.
The high-speed motor can be paired with a stainless steel working chamber with a jacket or a glass working chamber. The high-speed rotating rotor, in conjunction with the precision stator working chamber, generates powerful hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, high-speed cutting, and collision through high linear velocity, enabling full dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, pulverization, and mixing of materials, ultimately yielding stable high-quality products.
