Product Introduction:
Stainless Steel Electric Heating Stirring Emulsification Tank is a device that efficiently, rapidly and uniformly disperses one or more phases (liquid, solid, gas) into another immiscible continuous phase (usually liquid). Under normal circumstances, each phase is immiscible. When external energy is input, the two materials are recombined into a uniform phase. The high tangential speed generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor of the three-stage in-line shear pump and the strong kinetic energy brought by high-frequency mechanical effect make the materials in the narrow gap between the stator and rotor subject to comprehensive effects such as strong mechanical and hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence, forming suspensions (solid/liquid), emulsions (liquid/liquid) and foams (gas/liquid). The horizontal in-line three-stage shear pump enables the immiscible solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase to be uniformly and finely dispersed and emulsified instantly under the combined action of corresponding mature processes and appropriate additives. Through the circulation of the high-frequency shear pump, stable high-quality products are finally obtained.
The ECL3000 series horizontal in-line three-stage shear pump can produce emulsions and suspensions with relatively large particle sizes but narrow particle size distribution ranges. It has a high shear rate, ensuring the stability of the mixed liquid.
Different working heads (stator + rotor) of the horizontal in-line three-stage shear pump are suitable for different process and fluid requirements.

Working Principle:
The single-stage high-shear emulsification pump adopts a horizontal structure. A set of rotors and stators are installed in the narrow working chamber, which can be designed as a single-stage two-layer or single-stage six-stage structure. The rotors and stators are coupled in pairs and highly matched. Driven by the motor, the intermediate shaft runs at high speed, and the rotors and stators form a vacuum. The material is sucked into the rotor-stator chamber from the inlet. The strong kinetic energy makes the rotor generate a high line speed, so that the material is ejected after undergoing strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and strong shearing between the rotor and stator gaps. Under the action of various forces in different directions, strong turbulence is generated, and the material flows out from the outlet. Multiple cycle operations can be performed.
