Working Principle:
The high-speed rotation of the powerful motor of the laboratory homogenizing emulsifier creates a vacuum between the rotor and stator, and materials enter from the upper part and bottom of the rotor and stator. The strong kinetic energy transmitted to the rotor generates a high linear speed, causing the materials to undergo intense impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and strong shear between the rotor and stator gaps before being ejected out. Under the action of multiple forces in different directions, strong turbulence is generated. With an appropriate amount of emulsifier and mature technology, the materials undergo repeated cycles of depolymerization, dispersion, homogenization, refinement, and shear for a certain period of time to produce a stable emulsion.
Application Scope:
Designed specifically for pilot tests, simulated production, and small-batch production in factories, it is suitable for dispersion, emulsification, and homogenization of product materials in industries such as biology, pharmaceuticals, food, coatings, inks, textile auxiliaries, cosmetics, lubricating oils, and pesticides.
