III. Optional Configurations
1. Four-blade propeller type - Standard stirring head, which makes the mixed medium flow axially from top to bottom with low shear force.
2. Three-blade propeller type - Makes the mixed medium flow axially from top to bottom, generating local shear force. Suitable for medium and high speed use.
3. Dissolution type - Makes the mixed medium generate radial flow from both top and bottom, and the strong turbulence and high shear force formed can crush particles in the liquid. Suitable for medium and high speed use.
4. Centrifugal type - Double blades open as speed increases, suitable for use in narrow-mouth containers. Stirring effect is similar to that of four-blade propeller. Suitable for medium and high speed use.
5. Fan blade type - Generates tangential flow with low turbulence and good heat exchange performance, applied in occasions requiring gentle stirring of medium. Suitable for low and medium speed use.
6. Anchor type - Generates tangential flow, forming high shear rate at the edge. Prevents the mixed medium from depositing on the container wall. Suitable for low speed use. Applied in polymer reactions and dispersion of minerals in liquids, it is an ideal stirring element for medium and high viscosity fluids.

IV. Maintenance of Mechanical Stirrer
· 1. The bearing bears all the load of the machine, so lubrication has a great impact on the bearing life, which directly affects the service life and operation rate of the machine. Therefore, the injected lubricating oil is required to be clean and the seal is good. The main oil injection points of this machine are (1) rotating bearings, (2) roller bearings, (3) all gears, (4) movable bearings and sliding surfaces.
· 2. The newly installed hoop is prone to loosening, so it needs to be checked frequently.
· 3. Pay attention to whether all parts of the machine are working normally.
· 4. Pay attention to checking the wear degree of wearing parts, and replace the worn parts in time.
· 5. The bottom frame surface of the movable device should be cleaned of dust and other substances, so that when the machine encounters materials that cannot be crushed, the movable bearing cannot move on the bottom frame, which may cause a serious accident. 6. If the bearing oil temperature rises, stop the machine immediately to check the cause and eliminate it.
· 7. If there is an impact sound during the operation of the rotating gear, stop the machine immediately to check and eliminate the fault before running again.
