III. Usage Method:

This series of instruments is easy to operate. First, familiarize yourself with the functions of each part of the manual and the control box panel, install all components, adjust the height according to requirements, and then connect the power supply to start working.

IV. Precautions:

a. During use, if the stirring is eccentric or unstable, adjust the clamping head to make the stirring concentric. If using a triangular flask for stirring, align the stirring rod with the center before turning on the machine.

b. If the power supply suddenly fails during use, check if the power cord plug is loose or detached, or if the fuse is blown. If none of the above situations apply, please contact the manufacturer.

c. For safe electricity use, this product uses a 220V AC power supply. The power socket should be a three-hole safety socket and must be properly grounded.

Detailed Parameters

I. Speed Regulation

a) Check if the power supply voltage matches the rated voltage of the mixer.

b) Connect the motor lead wire to the electronic speed controller.

c) After connecting the electronic speed controller to the motor, debug the rotation speed. At this time, check if the speed regulation knob is at the initial position. Do not install the stirring rod to ensure safety. Plug in the power cord, turn on the electronic speed controller's power switch, and adjust the motor to 60 rpm clockwise. Check if the rotation speed is uniform; if it is stable, it can be used.

d) Install the stirring rod on the chuck, tighten it, and then it can be put into use.

II. Usage and Maintenance

1. This machine uses a three-core sheathed flexible cable, and one of the yellow core wires must be firmly grounded to ensure safety.

2. To check or replace the carbon brushes, first disconnect the power supply. The new carbon brushes installed should be able to slide freely in the brush holder, and then tighten the brush cap. (Generally, when the carbon brushes are only about 6 mm left, they need to be replaced with new ones.)

3. If severe sparks occur, the machine must be shut down immediately for inspection and repair to avoid greater losses.

4. If the motor does not rotate during use, first check the speed controller, fuse, and motor carbon brushes, etc.

5. If the speed regulation part or motor is damaged and cannot be repaired by yourself, please mail it to our factory for repair, or you can also order spare parts from our factory by mail.

6. During use, you must wear proper protective equipment to prevent materials from splashing and avoid accidents.
