Product Introduction:
Small experimental horizontal emulsifying pump integrates compactness and convenience. It enables small-batch operation, outperforming intermittent dispersing emulsifiers, and can simulate on-site conditions in the laboratory for circulation or online continuous processing. It features high efficiency, homogenization, and no dispersion dead zones. Equipped with original German motors, it runs more stably with lower noise.
High-speed motor, with optional stainless steel jacketed working chamber or glass working chamber. The high-speed rotating rotor cooperates with the precision stator working chamber, relying on high linear speed to generate strong hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, high-speed cutting and collision, so that the material is fully dispersed, emulsified, homogenized, crushed and mixed, and finally stable high-quality products are obtained.
