Stainless Steel Colloid Mill Food Grade
Product Introduction:
The stainless steel food-grade colloid mill is driven by an electric motor via a belt to rotate the rotating tooth (or rotor) at high speed relative to the matching fixed tooth (or stator). The processed material generates a downward spiral impact force through its own weight or external pressure (which can be generated by a pump). When passing through the gap between the fixed and rotating teeth of the colloid mill (the gap is adjustable), the material is subjected to strong physical forces such as shear force, friction, and high-frequency vibration, effectively emulsifying, dispersing, and pulverizing the material, achieving the effect of ultra-fine pulverization and emulsification of the material.
The grinding chamber is equipped with three grinding zones: the first is the coarse grinding zone, the second is the fine grinding zone, and the third is the ultra-micro grinding zone. By adjusting the gap between the fixed and rotating teeth, the required ultra-micro grinding effect can be effectively achieved (circular processing is also possible).
Working Principle:
1. The basic working principle of the colloid mill is shear, grinding, and high-speed stirring. Grinding relies on the friction force between the tooth-shaped inclined surfaces of the grinding disc, and under the action of complex forces such as high-frequency vibration and high-speed vortex, the material is ground, emulsified, pulverized, and homogenized;
2. The motor is designed according to the requirements of the colloid mill, and a water baffle is installed on the flange cover of the motor to prevent leakage;
3. The parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel. The dynamic and static grinding discs are key components of the machine. Depending on the properties of the material to be processed, the tooth shape of the grinding disc varies, but all materials are made of stainless steel tools;
4. It has a compact and simple structure, small volume, light weight, and is easy to operate. It consists of three parts: the grinding head, the base transmission component, and the electric motor.
