Product Advantages:
1. Specially designed for pilot tests, with a processing capacity of 1L-50L (H₂O)
2. Only by replacing the working head, the equipment can realize Eumix (stirring), Hishear (dispersion, homogenization, emulsification), Jetmixers (jet mixing), and PLM (solid-liquid dispersion mixing) functions.
3. The equipment is equipped with a high-speed frequency conversion motor, which starts with frequency conversion when turned on to protect the equipment, and the speed is adjustable and displayable.
4. Continuous working time can reach 8 hours
5. The dispersing head adopts a quick connection method, which is convenient for disassembly and replacement.
6. The equipment adopts a modular design and can be flexibly combined.
Application Cases:
1. Using with Hishear working head to complete O/W emulsification
Put the aqueous phase into the container, adjust the speed to 6000rpm, then slowly add the oil phase, and run for 10 minutes to complete the emulsification.
2. Using with Jetmixers working head to complete xanthan gum dissolution
Add xanthan gum to water, adjust the speed to 4500rpm, and run for 15 minutes to complete the dissolution.
3. Using with Eumix toothed disc working head to complete pigment dispersion
Add the pigment to the resin, adjust the speed to 3000rpm, and run for 15 minutes to complete the dispersion.
