Oxygen-specific check valve
I. Introduction:
The HY41W oxygen-specific check valve is made of high-quality silicon brass or stainless steel cast steel, featuring high mechanical strength, wear resistance, and good safety. When used in oxygen pipelines, it has explosion-proof and flame-retardant properties, eliminating unsafe factors in oxygen pipelines. The oxygen-specific check valve consists of a valve body, valve cover, valve disc, etc. When the medium enters from one end, the valve disc rises to allow medium flow; when the medium pressure disappears or the outlet pressure is higher than the inlet pressure, the valve disc drops automatically to close the passage, functioning as a check valve. The main components of the valve are all made of silicon brass, which has good flame resistance, making it an ideal equipment in control engineering systems.
II. Product Features:
1. This valve is generally suitable for clean media and not recommended for media containing solid particles or high viscosity.
2. The bushing is made of special materials with good wear resistance and low friction coefficient, ensuring flexible and reliable operation and excellent sealing performance.
3. This valve has the characteristics of novel structure, small volume, light weight, low fluid resistance, smooth opening and closing, long service life, with oil pressure and slow closing not affected by the medium, and good energy-saving effect.
4. This valve can be installed at the outlet of water pumps, avoiding water hammer, water hammer noise and destructive impact, achieving the purpose of preventing backflow and protecting equipment.
III. Principle and Structure:
Oxygen enters from one end to lift the valve disc, allowing oxygen flow; when the gas pressure disappears or the outlet pressure is higher than the inlet pressure, the valve disc drops automatically to close the passage, functioning as a check valve. The main components of the valve are all made of silicon brass or stainless steel, which have good flame resistance. According to the structure, check valves can be divided into three types: lift check valves, swing check valves, and disc check valves. Lift check valves can be further divided into vertical and horizontal types. Swing check valves are divided into single-disc, double-disc, and multi-disc types. Disc check valves are straight-through type. The above types of check valves can be divided into three connection forms: threaded connection, flange connection, and welding connection.
