I. Product Introduction:
The PZ573H bevel gear knife gate valve is widely used in chemical industry, coal, sugar manufacturing, sewage treatment, paper making, fly ash treatment, bulk material conveying, food and beverage industry, and other fields with demanding working conditions. It is an ideal sealing valve. The knife gate valve is especially suitable for regulation and throttling in pipelines of the paper making industry. The bevel gear knife gate valve can be equipped with multiple flushing ports around the valve body as required, which can be directly flushed with air, steam or water to prevent gradual accumulation of sediments. It is especially suitable for fluids that are difficult to convey.
II. Product Features:
1. Adopts a wafer-type structure, with small volume, light weight, small flow resistance, and convenient installation and maintenance.
2. The fully open channel can prevent medium deposition inside the valve.
3. The newly developed U-shaped sealing surface can ensure good sealing performance of the valve.
4. The external sealing of the gate is realized through elastic sealing strips embedded in the valve body, and can be adjusted by means of screws and pressure plates.
