I. Introduction:

American standard flanged gate valves are widely used in petroleum chemical industry, thermal power plants and other oil product and steam pipelines as opening and closing devices for connecting or cutting off media in pipelines.

① Product design and manufacturing comply with American National Standard ANSI B16.34, American Petroleum Institute standards API 6D and API 600.

② Compact structure, small volume, good rigidity, safe and reliable sealing.

③ The closing member adopts an elastic structure, which can automatically compensate for the deformation of the valve body caused by abnormal load or temperature during operation. Therefore, the sealing is reliable, and no gate wedge will occur.

④ For manual valves with nominal diameter ≥ NPS 10, pressure class 400, and nominal diameter ≥ NPS 6, pressure class 150～2500, their operating devices are equipped with rolling bearings, making opening and closing easy.

⑤ The materials of the main body, internal parts, packing, gaskets and fasteners can be reasonably combined according to user requirements or actual working conditions.

⑥ The valve seat can be a replaceable seat, which can be arbitrarily matched with the material of the closing sealing surface to meet the working condition requirements and extend the service life.
