Electric gate valve
I. Product Introduction:
Electric knife gate valve, also known as knife gate valve or gate valve, is suitable for pipelines conveying media such as pulp, sewage, coal slurry, ash and cement mixtures containing suspended particles and fiber materials. It cuts off these media through its blade-shaped gate plate which can cut fiber materials. The valve body actually has no cavity; the gate plate rises and falls in the side guide grooves and is pressed tightly against the valve seat by the lug at the bottom. For higher media sealing performance, an O-ring sealed valve seat can be selected to achieve bidirectional sealing. According to the driving mode, it is divided into manual knife gate valve, pneumatic knife gate valve and electric knife gate valve. The knife gate valve is lightweight and flexible in operation, small in volume, smooth in flow channel, low in flow resistance, light in weight, easy to install and disassemble. Its nominal size ranges from DN50 to DN800, and it can work normally under working pressure of 0.6MPa to 1.6MPa and operating temperature ≤100℃. The gate plate of the knife gate valve has a shearing function, which can scrape off adherents on the sealing surface and automatically remove debris. The stainless steel gate plate can prevent seal leakage caused by corrosion.
