I. Product Introduction:
The ZP type automatic air vent is a small-sized air vent product. Its series includes models such as ZP88, ZP-I, ZP-II, and ZP-III. It is mainly used in industrial projects (heating systems, cold water systems, air conditioning systems) and in pipelines where the medium is water. It serves as a device to quickly remove gas from pipelines, thereby improving the efficiency of water supply equipment and protecting pipelines from accidents such as deformation and rupture. It is one of the more commonly used products. It can eliminate gas in pipelines, reduce resistance, and save energy. When the pipeline is under negative pressure, this product can quickly and automatically inhale air to prevent pipeline rupture.
II. Product Features:
1. The product has a novel design and unique structure. It is equipped with a one-way automatic closing device at the bottom, which facilitates maintenance. The upper exhaust hole adopts an independent closing structure.
2. It has a small volume, occupies little space, and has a wide range of applications.
3. The main parts are made of copper and stainless steel, ensuring a long service life.
4. It is available in three specifications: 1/2", 3/4", and 1", all with external thread connections.

IV. Installation:
When installing the ZP automatic air vent vertically, it should be installed at the highest point of the project. When installing it horizontally, it should be installed at the furthest end. After installing this series of products, the internal screw needs to be loosened to ensure smooth exhaust. If the product encounters accidents such as air leakage, water leakage, or impurity blockage during project operation, the valve needs to be cleaned in time, and then reinstalled to operate normally.
