Full copper automatic air vent valve
I. Introduction:
The ZP88 all-copper automatic air vent uses the lifting force of the float along with the liquid level to link the opening and closing of the air exhaust device, achieving the purpose of automatic air exhaust. When gas is collected inside the valve body, the liquid level in the valve body moves downward due to air pressure, and the float descends accordingly. When it drops to the lower limit, the linkage lever system opens the valve port of the air vent to release the pressurized gas. As a result, the liquid level rises with the decrease of pressure inside the valve, and the float ascends. Under the action of the spring's elastic force, the air exhaust port closes. In this way, the gas is continuously collected, discharged, collected again, and discharged again, completing the automatic air exhaust process of the pipeline and equipment system.
II. Features:
1. The product has a novel design and unique structure. It is equipped with a one-way automatic closing device at the bottom, which is convenient for maintenance, and the upper air exhaust hole has an independent closing structure.

III. Installation and Usage Instructions:
1. The automatic air vent used for pipeline air exhaust should be installed at the top of the hot water circulation and where gas tends to accumulate.
2. The air cap is designed to prevent impurities from falling into the air exhaust hole. When in use, slightly unscrew the air cap to facilitate air exhaust. If the air cap is a safety moisture-absorbing air cap, it should be fully tightened.
3. The air vent must not be installed in places prone to freezing.
4. The air exhaust direction of the automatic air vent installed on the radiator should be vertically upward.
