Combined sewage air valve
I. Working Principle:
The SCAR composite sewage air vent valve: During operation, the valve flap of the sewage in the pipe stays at the lower part of the positioning frame to exhaust a large amount of air. When the air is exhausted, the sewage enters the valve, the float rises, drives the flap to close, and stops exhausting. A small amount of gas will naturally be generated during the operation of the pipeline, and these gases will gather at the upper part of the pipeline. When the accumulation reaches a certain level, the sewage in the valve drops, the float sinks along with the water, opens the small hole and drives the large hole to replenish a large amount of air, ensuring the safety of the pipeline. The SCAR air vent valve works on the same principle as the CARX air vent valve, but with slight modifications to its structure and a slight improvement to the lever mechanism. This design keeps the float at the lower part, preventing dirt from winding around the upper exhaust port and affecting the sealing performance. This product is specifically designed as an air vent valve for sewage pipeline projects.
II. Performance and Advantages:
1. The float is controlled at the lower part, preventing dirt from winding around the upper exhaust port and affecting the sealing performance.
2. This product is specifically designed as an air vent valve for sewage pipeline projects.
3. The float is made of stainless steel, ensuring a long service life, safety and reliability.
4. It can exhaust gas from the pipeline, reducing resistance and saving energy.
5. When the pipeline is under negative pressure, it can automatically inhale air quickly, preventing the pipeline from bursting.
