I. Product Overview:
The stainless steel automatic air vent uses the force of the float rising and falling with the liquid level to link the opening and closing of the air exhaust device, achieving the purpose of automatic air exhaust. When gas is collected inside the valve body, the liquid level in the valve drops due to air pressure, and the float descends accordingly. When it drops to the lower limit, the linkage lever system opens the valve port of the air vent to release the pressurized gas. As a result, the liquid level rises with the decrease of pressure inside the valve, and the float rises. Under the action of the spring's elastic force, the air vent closes. In this way, gas is continuously collected, discharged, collected again, and discharged again, completing the automatic air exhaust process of the pipeline and equipment system.
II. Working Principle:
The stainless steel automatic air vent is designed taking into account all known adverse factors (such as impurities in water, oil, suspended matter, etc., turbulence of liquid inside the valve during air exhaust, vibration of pipelines and equipment connected to the air vent, etc.), and has excellent performance: it can operate reliably whether when the system is just filled with water and running (a large amount of gas is discharged when the system starts running) or when the system pressure is too high and moderate drainage and pressure relief are needed.
III. Installation and Operation Instructions:
1. Install this automatic air vent vertically. Vertical pipelines must be installed at the highest point, and horizontal pipelines must be installed at the furthest end. 2. The air vent must be installed vertically, and it must be ensured that the float inside the valve body is in a vertical state; it cannot be installed horizontally or upside down.
3. After installing the automatic air vent, loosen the small nut at the upper end to ensure that gas can be exhausted smoothly.
4. For easy maintenance, the air vent is generally used together with a isolation valve.
5. During the use of the automatic air vent, if air exhaust water leakage occurs due to blockage by dirt, tighten the small nut, remove the air vent for cleaning, and it can be reinstalled and used after cleaning.
