ZPG Automatic Backwashing Sewage Filter
I. Introduction:
The automatic backwashing sewage filter is a filter that can treat low-quality water for industrial cooling. It can also be used in other process flows requiring filtration. It has the function of flushing and removing impurities, and is usually installed in front of other actuators of heat exchangers to regularly clean and remove impurities. Under normal conditions, the diverter valve opens, and water flows through the filter cylinder and is discharged from the outlet. When the diverter valve closes and the blowdown valve opens, water is forced to enter the outer side of the filter cylinder through the mesh holes in the inlet section of the filter cylinder. Most of the water flows out from the outlet, and part of it enters the interior of the filter cylinder through the mesh holes in the impurity collection section outside the filter cylinder, creating backwashing on the filter cylinder, achieving the effect of flushing impurities adhering to the mesh holes from the outside of the filter cylinder. The impurities are still discharged through the blowdown port.
II. Product Features:
1. Continuous water supply: The water consumption during cleaning is extremely low, only 5% of the filter's water output, and the flushing time is 2 to 15 seconds, ensuring the entire system maintains continuous water supply.
2. High filtration accuracy: The maximum filtration accuracy can reach 20 microns, and filter screens of various accuracies are available for selection.
3. Large filtration area: The effective filtration area of the standard filter screen is 7 to 40 times the inlet area.
4. Reliable cleaning: Multiple control methods are available, including manual, differential pressure, time, and PLC program logic control, etc.
5. Economical and simple installation: It has various structural forms, suitable for installation in various on-site conditions without affecting the operation effect.
6. Long service life: Under normal conditions, the service life is more than 10 years. The filter screen is made of stainless steel, and different specifications of filter screens can be easily replaced as needed.
