GL41W Brass Flange Filter
I. Introduction:
The GL41W brass flange filter belongs to the pipeline coarse filter series. It can also be used to filter large particles in gas or other media. When installed in a pipeline, it can remove large solid impurities from the fluid, enabling normal operation of machinery (including compressors, pumps, etc.) and instruments, stabilizing the process and ensuring safe production. The Y-type filter (water filter) has the advantages of simple manufacturing, convenient installation and cleaning, and large dirt holding capacity. The mesh count of the filter element should be set according to user needs. Generally, the mesh count for water passage is 18-30 mesh, for gas passage is 40-100 mesh, and for oil passage is 100-480 mesh. The Y-type filter can also form an adjustable-length Y-type pull rod expansion filter together with an expansion joint. The Y-type filter element adopts a double-layer stainless steel mesh structure, which is sturdy and durable. It has the characteristics of advanced structure, small flow resistance, and convenient sewage discharge, and can be used for various media such as water, steam, oil products, nitric acid, urea, and oxidizing media.
II. Features and Applications:
① Weakly corrosive materials in chemical and petrochemical production, such as water, ammonia, oil products, hydrocarbons, etc.
② Corrosive materials in chemical production, such as caustic soda, soda ash, concentrated and dilute sulfuric acid, carbonic acid, acetic acid, ester acid, etc.
③ Low-temperature materials in refrigeration, such as liquid methane, liquid ammonia, liquid oxygen, and various refrigerants.
④ Materials with hygiene requirements in light industry, food, and pharmaceutical production, such as beer, beverages, dairy products, cereal pulp, pharmaceutical products, etc.
⑤ High-efficiency precision filters for various special processes, such as natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, oxygen, biogas, etc.
III. Technical Parameters:
Working Pressure (MPa): 0.6~1.6MPa.
Housing Material: Brass.
Coarse Filter Element Material: Both the filter frame and the filter mesh are made of stainless steel.
Flange Standard: HG20592~97PN1.0. If customers need standards such as GB, SH, HGJ, JB, ANSI, JIS, or need to change the pressure class, please indicate it in the purchase contract.
Manufacturing and Testing Standards: Comply with GB150 standard or the standard specified by the customer.
Design Standards: JB, GB, ANSI, BS, API, ISO, DIN, NF
