Combined high-speed exhaust valve
I. Product Introduction:
The FGP4X composite high-speed exhaust valve is designed to be installed at the water outlet of water pumps or in water supply and distribution pipelines. It is used to remove large volumes of air accumulated in the pipelines, while discharging the微量 air gathered at higher points of the pipelines into the atmosphere, so as to improve the operating efficiency of the pipelines and water pumps. Moreover, once negative pressure is generated inside the pipeline, this valve can rapidly draw in external air to prevent pipeline rupture caused by negative pressure. When water starts to fill the water pipeline, the piston or float remains in the open position to perform large-volume air exhaust. When the air is completely exhausted, the valve is filled with water, causing the float to rise, and the piston or float moves to the closed position to stop large-volume air exhaust. When water is being transported normally in the pipeline, if a small amount of air accumulates in the valve to a considerable extent, the water level inside the valve drops, and the float descends accordingly. At this time, the small amount of air is discharged through the micro-exhaust valve. When the water pump stops, the water in the pipeline drains, or when negative pressure occurs in the pipeline, the piston opens rapidly to draw in air, ensuring the safety of the pipeline.
