FL641H pneumatic top-opening discharge valve
I. Introduction:
The inner cavity of the upward-opening discharge valve is equipped with a wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant sealing ring. When the valve is opened, it can protect the valve body from being scoured and corroded by the medium. The sealing ring is specially treated to achieve a surface hardness of HRC56~62, giving it high wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The sealing surface of the valve disc is surfaced with hard alloy as required, and the sealing pair adopts line sealing, which ensures sealing reliability and prevents scaling. It is easy to operate, opens freely, and moves flexibly and reliably; the valve disc is simple to assemble and maintain, the sealing structure is reasonable, and the sealing ring is convenient and practical to replace.
II. Suitable medium temperature:
(1) Media such as water, acetone, alcohol, ammonia, barium carbonate, benzene.
(2) Media such as particles, oil, pulp, carbon dioxide gas.
(3) It is strictly prohibited to use fluorine ion-containing liquids (such as HF, etc.), as well as strong alkalis and phosphoric acid.
(4) The general working temperature of stainless steel is ≤150℃, and the pressure range is 0.6-2.5MPa. If it exceeds this specification, it shall be stated when ordering.
III. Performance parameters and uses of upward-opening discharge valve
Working pressure: 1.6Mpa
Working medium: water, oil liquid, acid, alkali, etc.
Working temperature: ≤175℃ (stainless steel ≤320℃, carbon steel)
The upward-opening discharge valve is easy to operate, opens freely, moves flexibly and reliably; the valve disc is simple to assemble and maintain, the sealing structure is reasonable, and the sealing ring is convenient and practical to replace.
