TY45W top-mounted discharge valve
I. Introduction:
The TY45W top-mounted discharge valve is a glassy glaze with a high silicon content. It is applied to a metal substrate at a high temperature of around 900°C. It has excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, can prevent the medium from reacting with metal ions to avoid product contamination, and features a smooth surface, wear resistance, and certain thermal stability. This valve can resist various acids, alkalis, salt solutions and organic solvents, except for phosphorus, light phosphorus media, hydrofluorocarbons, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide
II. Corrosion Resistance of TY45W Top-Mounted Discharge Valve:
1. Applicable media include water, acetone, alcohol, ammonia, barium carbonate, benzene (the temperature range for WCB material is -29°C to 425°C).
2. Applicable media include particles, oil, pulp, carbon dioxide gas (the temperature range for stainless steel material is -60°C to 232°C).
3. It is strictly prohibited to use fluorine ion-containing liquids (such as HF), strong alkalis and phosphoric acid (temperature below 150°C, concentration >30%).
4. The general working temperature of stainless steel is ≤150°C, and the pressure range is 0.6-2.5MPA
