FG645Y pneumatic pipe connection discharge valve
I. Product Overview:
According to the requirements of actual working conditions, the FG645Y pipe-connected discharge valve is designed with two types of discharge ports: with pipe connection and flat bottom. The inner cavity of the valve body is equipped with an erosion-resistant and corrosion-resistant guard plate, which can protect the valve body from being scoured and corroded by the medium at the moment of opening the valve. The whole valve is subjected to electroless Ni-P plating, making the surface hardness reach HRC60-62, with excellent functions of high wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Both the sealing surface of the valve seat and the sealing surface of the valve disc are surfacing-welded with Stellite hard alloy. The sealing pair adopts line sealing, which ensures the sealing reliability and prevents scaling. The valve is equipped with an anti-rotation mechanism, ensuring that the valve stem only moves linearly during opening and closing, without rotating. The driving methods of the valve include: manual, electric, pneumatic, and gear transmission. The application scope covers paper making, medicine, dye chemical industry, alumina slurry, etc.
II. Product Features:
Performance and application of pipe-connected discharge valve: convenient operation, free opening, flexible and reliable movement; the assembly and maintenance of the valve disc are simple, the sealing structure is reasonable, and the sealing ring is convenient and practical to replace. Structure: mainly composed of parts such as valve body, valve disc, sealing ring, valve stem, bracket, valve gland, handwheel, flange, nut, and positioning screw. This type of valve should generally be installed horizontally in the pipeline. IV. Installation:
1. Before installation, carefully check whether the marks and certificates on the valve meet the usage requirements, clean the valve, and remove the damage caused during transportation and storage.
2. This valve can be installed in any working position, but attention should be paid to convenient maintenance and operation.
3. When installing, use a standard torque wrench to tighten the studs of the connecting flange symmetrically and alternately, and avoid distortion or over-tightening.
4. During use, keep it clean frequently. The valve stem threads and parts with thrust bearings must be lubricated regularly. For the maintenance of the electric device, please follow the requirements of the "Valve Electric Device Manual".
