I. Product Overview:

    The sealing surface of the angle-type discharge valve disc is provided with a guide notch adapted to the sealing surface of the valve seat. The sealing surface of the disc and valve seat is equipped with high-hardness cemented carbide on the disc, with a tungsten carbide surface layer. This greatly improves the erosion and corrosion resistance of the sealing surface, thereby extending the service life of the product. The sealing pair adopts line sealing, ensuring reliable sealing and preventing scaling. The valve is equipped with an anti-rotation mechanism, ensuring that the valve stem only moves linearly during opening and closing, without rotating, meeting the high-performance requirements of "three resistances and one prevention": wear resistance, pressure resistance, erosion resistance, and scaling prevention. The valve drive methods include manual, pneumatic, electric, and gear transmission, available for users to choose from.

II. Product Application:

    It is mainly used for discharging materials from reaction tanks. The valve body is equipped with erosion-resistant and corrosion-resistant sealing rings and discs, which undergo special treatment, featuring high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, reliable sealing, and large flow rate. It is widely applicable in the alumina industry. Its drive methods include manual, bevel gear, electric, and pneumatic. During the alumina production process, when alkali-containing material particles in the alumina medium pass through the sealing surfaces of the disc and valve seat, they cause severe erosion and corrosion to ordinary cemented carbide, reducing the sealing performance of the contact surface and leading to internal leakage of the medium. Based on actual working conditions, the valve body is equipped with erosion-resistant and corrosion-resistant guard plates, which protect the valve body from medium erosion and corrosion when the valve is opened. The entire valve undergoes special surface treatment, resulting in a surface hardness of HRC 60-65, with excellent high wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

III. Product Features:

    The angle-type discharge valve has a 90-degree angle valve body, with the same size of inlet and outlet flanges. The valve body is equipped with an erosion-resistant and corrosion-resistant sealing ring, which protects the valve body from medium erosion and corrosion when the valve is opened. The sealing ring undergoes special treatment, resulting in a surface hardness of HRC 25-40. Both the valve seat sealing surface and the disc sealing surface are surfaced with Stellite cemented carbide. The sealing pair adopts line sealing, ensuring reliable sealing and preventing scaling. The inclined surface of the disc forms line sealing with the valve seat angle. When the disc opens and closes, the handwheel drives the copper nut, which moves the valve stem (guided by a clamp during up-and-down movement, preventing rotation) to extend into the reactor. The bottom flange is detachable and can be welded to the bottom of the reactor (Note: the valve must be in the fully closed state when removing the flange). The angle-type discharge valve is strictly prohibited from being used with fluorine-containing ionic liquids (such as HF), strong alkalis, and phosphoric acid (temperature >150°C, concentration >30%).
