I. Product Overview:

The pipe-connected discharge valve is an improved version of the upward-opening discharge valve, with only minor modifications to the valve's sealing structure. This slight modification is sufficient to alter the valve's appearance and structural principle. It is mainly used at the bottom of reaction kettles for discharging materials. Its working principle is similar to that of a globe valve, but its sealing requirements are higher than those of a globe valve. This valve adopts a short-stroke valve disc design. The closing member moves along the center line of the valve seat, aligned on the same center line as the discharged medium. The valve body has a horn-shaped structure to facilitate bottom discharge of the kettle, giving it a simple and beautiful appearance. This valve is widely used in industries such as chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, pesticide, dye, and food processing. The temperature resistance of this valve varies depending on the valve body material, usually at 450 degrees. The driving part can be manual, gear-driven, or electric, with manual operation being the most common. It is easy to operate, opens freely, and moves flexibly and reliably.

II. Performance and Features:

1. Corrosion Resistance: 1. Applicable media include water, acetone, alcohol, ammonia, barium carbonate, benzene (temperature range for WCB material: -29℃ to 425℃). 2. Applicable media include particles, oil, pulp, carbon dioxide gas (temperature range for stainless steel material: -60℃ to 232℃). 3. Fluoride ion-containing liquids (such as HF) are strictly prohibited, as are strong bases and phosphoric acid (temperature <150℃, concentration >30%). 4. The general working temperature of stainless steel is ≤150℃, with a pressure range of 0.6-2.5MPA. If exceeding this specification, it shall be noted when ordering.

2. Corrosion Resistance: 1. PTFE has excellent adhesion to metals, average tensile strength, and resistance to dilute acids, concentrated acids, etc. 2. Applicable media include particles, oil, pulp, carbon dioxide gas (temperature range for stainless steel material: -60℃ to 232℃). 3. Fluoride ion-containing liquids (such as HF) are strictly prohibited, as are strong bases and phosphoric acid (temperature <150℃, concentration >30%). 4. The general working temperature of stainless steel is -5℃ to 225℃, with a pressure range of 0.6-1.6MPA. If exceeding this specification, it shall be noted when ordering.

3. Formed by high-temperature coating on a metal substrate at around 900 degrees. It has excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, can prevent the reaction between media and metal ions that would contaminate products, and has a smooth surface, wear resistance, and certain thermal stability. Except for phosphorus and phosphorus-light media, hydrofluorocarbons, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, and potassium hydroxide, this valve can resist various acids, bases, salt solutions, and organic solvents. A. Corrosion Resistance: 1. It can resist general inorganic acids, organic acids, weak alkaline solutions (P≤60℃, pH≤12), and organic media. 2. It is superior to stainless steel in strong corrosive media such as hydrochloric acid and nitric acid. Fluoride ion-containing liquids (such as HF) are strictly prohibited, as are strong bases and phosphoric acid (temperature <150℃, concentration >30%). B. Heat Resistance: Allows use between -30℃ and 240℃ (resistance to rapid temperature changes is less than 120℃). C. Has a smooth surface, is not easy to adhere to materials, and is easy to clean. E. Insulation: Impact resistance is small at 2500 grams/cm, so hard objects should be avoided during use. F. Pressure resistance: 0.6MPA
