QSLP intelligent electronic electric single-seat regulating valve
I. Introduction:
The QSLP intelligent electronic electric single-seat control valve is equipped with an on-site electric manual operation function, which can be operated via the up or down key. It has a digital display window that shows the control signal value, feedback signal value, and electric manual operation value. It is equipped with fault judgment, alarm and protection functions for broken control signals. That is, when the signal is broken, the actuator can be set to open, close, hold, or any value preset between 0~100%. It also has fault judgment, alarm and protection functions for valve stall. The hardware adopts upper and lower limit switches, enabling the actuator to have dual protection functions. It features an integrated structural design, with the valve position feedback component and servo amplifier installed as two independent parts inside the actuator. It directly accepts control signals such as 20mA/4~12mA/12~20mA/0~5V/1~5V, and outputs an isolated 4~20mA valve position feedback signal. It has self-diagnosis functions, making it very convenient to use and calibrate. It has a simple structure, compact size, and light weight, facilitating installation and maintenance. The transmission system entirely uses low-backlash sealed gears, with characteristics such as high efficiency, low noise, long service life, stable and reliable performance, and no need for refueling.
