ZSHV pneumatic V-type control valve
I. Introduction:
The ZSHV pneumatic V-type regulating valve is a new type of V-type ball valve with a brand-new design concept and structure. Compared with traditional V-type ball valves, it has more reliable sealing and better performance. Its main structural features include: adopting an integrated valve body structure, which provides excellent pressure-bearing performance; one valve body is used for soft sealing, normal-temperature hard sealing, and high-temperature hard sealing. The seat of the normal-temperature hard sealing structure is made of stainless steel hardfacing with stellite alloy; the high-temperature hard sealing structure uses a new type of high-elasticity high-temperature-resistant material and special heat treatment process. The ZSHV pneumatic V-type regulating valve adopts a disc-type sealing structure, which has good wear resistance, low friction, and the ball core is not easy to jam, ensuring excellent sealing performance and a long service life. Meanwhile, due to the special sector shape of the ball core, when the valve is closed, the V-shaped notch and the seat produce a wedge-shaped shearing effect, giving it excellent shut-off and regulating performance. It is not only suitable for controlling media such as pulp, sewage, turbid media containing fibers and a small amount of solid particles, high-temperature steam, and dry gas, but also applicable to general media.
