ZZYP High-Temperature Self-Operated Pressure Regulating Valve
I. Introduction:
The ZZYP high-temperature self-operated pressure control valve operates in locations without electricity or gas, while saving energy. The pressure setpoint can be adjusted at will during operation. It adopts a quick-opening flow characteristic, with sensitive action and good sealing performance. Therefore, it is widely used in various industrial equipment such as petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, food, light textile, machinery manufacturing and residential building complexes for automatic control of pressure reduction and pressure stabilization (for post-valve regulation) or pressure relief and pressure maintenance (for pre-valve regulation) of various gas, liquid and steam media. The attached condenser can be used at temperatures ≤350℃. Operating temperature: –20℃~350℃, pressure: 1.6~6.4MPa.
II. Features:
1. Operates in locations without electricity or gas, while saving energy. The pressure setpoint can be adjusted at will during operation.
2. Adopts a quick-opening flow characteristic, with sensitive action and good sealing performance.
3. The attached condenser can be used at temperatures ≤350℃.
4. Operating temperature: –20℃~350℃, pressure: 1.6~6.4MPa.
III. Working Principle:
The initial position of the spool of the ZZYP high-temperature self-operated pressure control valve is in the closed state. When the pre-valve pressure P1 is throttled by the spool and valve seat to become the post-valve pressure P2, and at the same time P1 is input into the upper membrane chamber through the pipeline and acts on the diaphragm, the spool position when its force balances the reaction force of the spring determines the opening degree of the valve, thereby controlling the pre-valve pressure. When the pre-valve pressure P1 increases, the force of P1 acting on the diaphragm also increases accordingly. At this time, the force on the diaphragm is greater than the reaction force of the set spring, causing the spool to move away from the valve seat, resulting in an increase in the valve opening degree and a decrease in flow resistance. P1 is relieved to the post-valve until the force on the diaphragm balances the reaction force of the spring, thereby reducing P1 to the set value. Similarly, when the pre-valve pressure P1 decreases, the action direction is opposite to the above, which is the working principle of pre-valve pressure regulation.
