ZMAS pneumatic angle control valve
I. Introduction:
The ZMAS pneumatic angle control valve is a special valve designed for use in high-pressure systems. When connected to pneumatic or electric (with electro-pneumatic converter) control instruments, etc., it is widely used in industries such as chemical fertilizer, petrochemical, power station, light industry, etc., for automatic regulation and remote control in production processes. The pneumatic diaphragm high-pressure angle control valve changes the flow area of the valve by adjusting the signal pressure, thereby altering the medium flow rate and regulating required parameters (such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, liquid level, etc.). Except for the angle-shaped valve body, its other structures are similar to those of a single-seat valve. Its characteristics determine that it has a simple flow path and low resistance, making it particularly suitable for regulating fluids with high pressure drop, high viscosity, suspended solids, and granular substances. The pneumatic diaphragm angle control valve has a right-angle valve body and a single-guided valve core. Its valve body has a simple flow path and low resistance, making it especially suitable for regulating high-viscosity media, fluids containing suspended solids and granular substances, and can prevent coking, adhesion, and blockage. The pneumatic diaphragm angle control valve adopts a top-guided structure, composed of a multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator and an angle control valve body. It has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, streamlined fluid channel, small pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, precise flow characteristics, and convenient disassembly and assembly.
II. Product Selection:
1. Pneumatic angle control valve valve core shape and structure: Mainly determined by factors such as the selected flow characteristic and unbalanced force.
2. Wear resistance: When the fluid medium is a suspension containing high-concentration abrasive particles, the internal materials of the valve must be hard.
3. Corrosion resistance: Since the medium is corrosive, valves with simple structures should be selected as much as possible.
4. Medium temperature and pressure: When the medium temperature and pressure are high and fluctuate greatly, valves whose valve core and seat materials are less affected by temperature and pressure changes should be selected. When the temperature is ≥250℃, a radiator should be added.
