ZJHS pneumatic diaphragm angle control valve
I. Introduction:
The ZJHS pneumatic diaphragm angle control valve is particularly suitable for regulating high-viscosity fluids containing suspended solids and particulate matter, as well as applications requiring minimal leakage and low pressure difference between the upstream and downstream sides of the valve. It can prevent coking and clogging, and is convenient for self-cleaning and washing. This valve adopts a top-guided structure, consisting of a multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator and an angle-type control valve body. The pneumatic angle control valve has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive operation, streamlined fluid passage, small pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics, and easy disassembly and assembly. When equipped with an electric valve positioner, the pneumatic diaphragm angle control valve can realize automatic regulation and control of fluid media in process pipelines. It features small volume, light weight, a top-guided core, simple flow path, low resistance, and easy flushing. It is widely used for precise control of media such as gases and liquids, keeping process parameters like pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level at specified values.

III. Applications:
