T940H Electric Control Valve
I. Introduction:
The T940H electric control valve is mainly composed of parts such as the valve body, sleeve, valve disc, and valve stem. Both the sleeve and the valve disc are equipped with throttle holes. By rotating the valve disc within the valve seat, the flow area is changed to regulate the flow rate. When matched with a ZKJ-type or other electric rotary actuators, remote control and automatic control can be realized. The control valve is widely used in water supply pipelines for flow regulation, and can also be used in oil product pipelines. The control valve is suitable for nominal pressure: 1.6-10MPa/cm², working temperature: T40H-40 ≤ 425℃, T40H-100 ≤ 425℃. It is suitable for media in water pipelines, installed on low, sub-medium pressure, medium pressure boiler feed water or high-pressure heater drain pipelines. The feed water control valve is installed on the boiler feed water pipe to adjust the feed water flow rate, so as to meet the operation requirements of the boiler and load.
II. Usage:
1. The electric control valve must be installed according to the arrow indicating the flow direction on the valve body;
2. For initial installation, flush the pipeline first before installing the control valve, and install a filter upstream of the valve;
3. The valve body should avoid excessive stress caused by severe misalignment of the front and rear pipes or connected flanges;
4. The valve is best installed vertically and upright on the pipeline. For occasions where the valve is heavy or there is vibration, a support frame should be added;
