YQ347F Oxygen Ball Valve
I. Introduction:
This valve is equipped with dust-proof, water-proof and oil-proof devices. All valve parts that come into contact with oxygen have undergone strict degreasing and oil-prohibiting measures before assembly. The packing material is polytetrafluoroethylene, which ensures safe and reliable operation. Conductive screw holes are provided at the flange ends to prevent static electricity. As an on-off device for oxygen pipelines in the metallurgical industry, it has many particularly strict requirements compared with other general valves. Since oxygen is a flammable and explosive dangerous goods, it is necessary to prevent leakage, static electricity and spark to avoid accidents. In terms of structure, the design is as follows: when the valve disc opens and closes, the valve stem only moves up and down without rotating, which effectively reduces the wear of the sealing pair, packing and upper seal; a grounding screw is installed on the side flange to avoid generating static sparks; the exposed part of the valve stem is sealed with organic glass to prevent dust and oil.
II. Product Features:
1. This product is treated with oil-prohibiting and degreasing, suitable for oxygen medium.
2. Fixed ball structure, with an oil-prohibiting glass cover at the bracket part.
3. There are two bearings on both sides of the central shaft, making the switch light and flexible. It adopts a 90-degree rotary switch, with fast opening and closing and large flow.
4. Made of anti-corrosion materials, it has the characteristic of oxidation resistance.
