YHQ41F Manual Integral Inclined Ball Valve
I. Product Introduction:
The manual integrated inclined ball valve is a new product developed by our company, suitable for liquefied petroleum gas, oil, water, corrosive fluid engineering and alumina conveying engineering in the aluminum industry. This valve adopts a wedge-type top-mounted structure, featuring novel design and excellent performance. At present, most ball valves are side-mounted, which generally have large opening and closing torques, and due to the influence of temperature difference and pipeline installation stress, the opening and closing torque is greatly increased or leakage occurs. Our product overcomes the above problems and shows unique advantages. Long service life: The high-quality PTFE valve seat has metal retaining rings inside and outside, preventing the medium from scouring and damaging the valve seat and preventing the cold flow of PTFE. Moreover, the preload can be adjusted to achieve a small sealing specific pressure, which greatly extends the service life. In case the valve seat is burned by fire, the inner and outer metal retaining rings will provide a certain degree of protection.
II. Product Features:
1. Reliable sealing: Since the valve body is integral, temperature difference and pipeline installation stress do not affect the sealing performance of the ball sealing pair. When the sealing pair wears, the spring force can automatically compensate.
2. Light operation: The opening and closing torque is only less than 50% of that of ordinary ball valves.
3. Convenient maintenance: When maintenance is required, just remove the valve cover to perform maintenance, without detaching the valve from the pipeline.
