I. Introduction:
The Q61F three-piece welded ball valve is prone to damage to the sealing elements of the valve due to the high temperature generated during welding installation, which ultimately leads to valve leakage. The three-piece structure effectively solves this problem. The three-piece butt-welded ball valve belongs to the manual ball valve category. A ball valve uses a sphere with a circular channel as the opening and closing part, and the sphere rotates with the valve stem to realize the opening and closing action. The opening and closing part of the ball valve is a perforated sphere that rotates around an axis perpendicular to the channel, thereby achieving the purpose of opening and closing the channel. Ball valves are mainly used to cut off or connect media in pipelines and equipment, and can also be used for fluid regulation and control. Ball valves have the advantages of small fluid resistance, simple structure, small volume, light weight, reliable sealing, convenient operation and maintenance, no erosion on the sealing surface of the valve, and wide application range. Applicable media: water, oil, gas and some corrosive liquids.
