Q71F wafer-style ball valve
I. Introduction:
The wafer-style ball valve and wafer-style insulated jacket ball valve are suitable for Class 150, PN1.0～2.5MPa, and various pipelines with operating temperatures of 29~180℃ (with reinforced PTFE seals) or 29~300℃ (with polyphenylene seals). They are used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. By selecting different materials, they can be applied to various media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing media, urea, etc. Compared with ordinary ball valves, they have remarkable advantages such as short structural length, light weight, convenient installation, and material saving. The wafer-style insulated jacket ball valve has good heat preservation effect. In addition, the valve seat adopts an elastic sealing structure, ensuring reliable sealing and easy opening and closing. It is equipped with a fire-resistant structure, so that it can still operate reliably and maintain good sealing performance in case of fire. According to user requirements, an anti-static structure can be provided. A 90-degree opening and closing positioning plate with holes is set, which can be locked as needed to prevent misoperation.
