GA49H Pulse-type Safety Valve
I. Product Introduction:
The GA49H pulse safety valve is mainly applied to equipment such as power station boilers, various pressure vessels, and temperature and pressure reducing devices. It timely releases pressure when the equipment pressure exceeds the allowable value to ensure the safe operation of the equipment. During operation, the main valve of this safety valve presses the valve core upward against the valve seat by steam pressure and spring force, ensuring good sealing performance. It is applicable to the construction, chemical, metallurgical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, food, beverage, and environmental protection industries. In addition to the above mechanical actions, the pulse safety valve is also equipped with an electromagnetic device. The pressure gauge with electrical contacts connects the circuit of the upper or lower electromagnetic coil through a time relay, actuating the upper or lower electromagnet to open or close the pulse valve.
II. Product Features:
1. The pressure of the valve disc is balanced by a lever and a weight, ensuring the valve is sealed. The required opening pressure is achieved by adjusting the position of the weight and changing its weight.
2. The sealing material of the GA49H pulse safety valve is surfacing with iron-based chromium-nickel stainless steel. The valve disc undergoes heat treatment to improve its wear resistance and erosion resistance.
3. The upper part of the GA49H pulse safety valve is equipped with an opening and closing electromagnet, so mechanical and electrical actions do not interfere with each other.
III. Product Principle:
In addition to the above mechanical actions, the pulse safety valve is also equipped with an electromagnetic device. The pressure gauge with electrical contacts connects the circuit of the upper or lower electromagnetic coil through a time relay, actuating the upper or lower electromagnet to open or close the pulse valve. Meanwhile, the pulse valve can also be opened or closed manually via a remote control system.
