CQA tank truck ball valve
I. Introduction:
The tank truck ball valve is flange-connected and installed downstream of the emergency shut-off valve. Its outlet is matched with a quick connector of the same specification, used for switching on and off during loading, unloading and discharging of medium. It is equipped with a vent valve, suitable for liquefied gas tank trucks and liquid ammonia tank trucks. It adopts a floating sphere for opening and closing, with fast operation speed. Main structural features: The sphere rotates around the axis of the valve stem to achieve the purpose of opening and closing. When the valve stem rotates clockwise, the sphere rotates 90 degrees to cut off the channel; when rotating counterclockwise, the sphere rotates 90 degrees in the reverse direction to open the channel. The continuously contacting sphere surface and sealing ring effectively scrape off attachments on the sphere surface. When fully open, it forms a full-channel straight-through structure, minimizing fluid resistance. Adopting a floating sphere and fixed elastic seat sealing structure, it ensures excellent sealing performance. It features a micro-adjustable valve cover structure, extending the service life of the valve and ensuring safe and reliable use. The outlet is equipped with a vent valve, enabling safe loading and unloading of the loading and unloading pipe assembly.
