Vertical check valve
I. Introduction:
The H42H vertical check valve is strictly designed and manufactured in accordance with API6D and GB/T12235 standards. This series of valves is normally in the closed state. Due to the pressure of the medium at the inlet end in the pipeline, it overcomes the spring resistance to open the valve. When the pressure of the medium at the inlet end is lower than that at the outlet end, the spring pushes the disc towards the seat to close the valve and prevent medium backflow, thus functioning as a check valve. Since this valve uses a spring to support the disc, it can be installed either vertically or horizontally. This product is widely used in pipelines of various working conditions in industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, and electric power. The vertical check valve is a vertical flanged check valve. It uses a spring to support the disc, so it can be installed either vertically or horizontally. This check valve is widely used in pipelines of various working conditions in industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, and electric power.
II. Features:
1. The disc has a short stroke and high sensitivity, which greatly reduces the time required for the disc to close and effectively lowers the water hammer pressure of the check valve.
2. The sealing surface is made of alloy steel or hard alloy, with a reasonable matching of sealing pair materials, ensuring a long service life.
III. Manufacturing Standards:
Design specifications: GB/T 12235, BS 1868
Face-to-face dimensions: GB/T 12221, ASME B16.10
Flange connection: GB/T 9113, ASME B16.5
Testing and inspection: GB/T 13927, API 598, API 6D
