Lined stainless steel diaphragm valve
I. Introduction:
The G41F4 fluorine-lined stainless steel diaphragm valve separates the lower cavity of the valve body from the inner cavity of the valve cover, forming a straight-through passage. This completely isolates the internal parts such as the valve stem and valve disc above the diaphragm from the medium, eliminating the need for a packing seal structure, and preventing both internal and external leakage of the medium. The diaphragm, which serves as the membrane element of the stainless steel diaphragm valve as an actuator, is prone to fatigue fracture due to frequent opening and closing. It should be replaced regularly according to the working conditions and medium characteristics. For the corrosion resistance and recommended operating temperature of plastics, please refer to the "Performance Table of Plastic Linings for Valves and Pipeline Accessories". This valve consists of a valve body, valve cover, valve disc, valve stem, diaphragm, and other driving parts. The opening and closing of the valve are achieved by rotating the handwheel. At the upper end of the valve cover of the diaphragm valve, there is a display color that allows viewing the open or closed position of the valve, indicating the opening and closing stroke of the valve. When the handwheel is turned clockwise, it moves downward, and the valve disc drives the diaphragm downward to block the passage; conversely, the valve opens, and the corresponding display color becomes visible.
II. Features:
1. The stainless steel diaphragm valve adopts a structure without a packing box; the diaphragm of the G41F46 fluorine-lined diaphragm valve completely isolates the corrosive medium in the flow passage from all driving parts, thus eliminating the common drawbacks of valves such as "running, emitting, dripping, and leaking".
2. The stainless steel diaphragm valve has a smooth flow passage and small flow resistance, so it can achieve a larger flow rate.
3. The inner cavity of the valve body of the fluorine-lined diaphragm valve is lined with perfluoro F56, so it has excellent corrosion resistance.
4. Since the sealing element is an elastic PTFE diaphragm, it also has good sealing performance and requires a small closing force.
5. This valve consists of a valve body, valve cover, valve disc, valve stem, diaphragm, and other driving parts.
6. The opening and closing of the valve are achieved by rotating the handwheel. At the upper end of the valve cover of this valve, there is a display color that allows viewing the open or closed position of the valve, indicating the opening and closing stroke of the valve. When the handwheel is turned clockwise, it moves downward, and the valve disc drives the diaphragm downward to block the passage; conversely, the valve opens, and the corresponding display color becomes visible.
7. This valve adopts standards in accordance with the provisions of GB12239.
