I. Introduction:
The GYA hydraulic safety valve is a safety backup device for (flap-type) breathing valves. Its operating pressure for inhalation and exhalation is slightly higher than that of (flap-type) breathing valves. In case the breathing valve fails or its flap freezes in winter, the liquid seal of the hydraulic safety valve will be broken, thereby protecting the oil tank from damage. The hydraulic safety valve is installed on the top of the oil tank and works in conjunction with the breathing valve. Control pressure: +56 mm water column to -50 mm water column. The GYA hydraulic safety valve is welded from carbon steel or stainless steel plates. Also known as hydraulic safety valve, it is an important accessory installed on the top of oil tanks to protect their safety. When the breathing valve malfunctions, the hydraulic safety valve can replace it to exhaust air or gas.

IV. Installation Instructions:
① All types of hydraulic safety valves shall be installed vertically.
② There shall be no resistance at the outlet of the GYA hydraulic safety valve to avoid pressure buildup.
③ The GYA hydraulic safety valve shall be specially tested before installation, and its sealing performance shall be checked.
④ Regular inspections shall be conducted on the GYA hydraulic safety valves in use.
